Functional Testing
There are a use a variety of tests to assess an individual’s nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, gut health, and inflammation levels, among other things. The tests I use and offer include blood tests, urine tests, stool tests, and hair mineral balance testing. With this information, I can design personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that address specific health concerns and improve overall wellbeing. Testing also allows me to track progress over time, adjust interventions as needed, and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.
Thus, testing is part of my comprehensive approach to nutrition and health.
The labs that I work with:

Hair Analysis
Hair analysis is a reliable and effective approach to evaluate the body’s mineral content.
It is a safe and extremely precise method to determine excesses, shortages and the overall balance of 29 elements- dietary and toxic – present in our bodies. Hair analysis gives a more precise picture of imbalances than a blood test which only reflects the state at the precise moment in which blood is drawn.
Most importantly with a hair analysis we will be able to analyse the ratio of the most important mineral pairs that affect each other and thus affect our health. The most important mineral pairs that we will be checking are the following:
Calcium (Ca)- Magnesium (Mg)
Sodium (Na) – Potassium (K)
Calcium (Ca) – Potassium (K)
Sodium (Na) – Magnesium (Mg)
Zinc (Zn) – Copper (Cu)
